Task: -- Provide mortgage administration support on a freelance, subcontracted basis. -- Core activities include organising financial and personal documentation, completing fact finds, liaising with clients and third parties, processing applications, progressing cases to completion, and preparing suitability reports. About You: You have prior experience as a mortgage administrator and are highly organised with strong attention to detail. You communicate professionally, can work independently, and are comfortable using multiple CRM systems and lender portals. Familiarity with AI tools and workflow automation is a plus. ICO registration and GDPR compliance are required. About Us: Admin people provides freelance administrative specialists to clients across mortgage and finance sectors. We place experienced self-employed professionals into flexible roles that support client needs. Duration: Part-time freelance engagement with an expected 10-20 hours per month initially. Ongoing opportunities depending on client needs and review timelines.
