Task: - Produce weekly short-form and feed content: shoot on-site, edit, write captions, and prepare assets for scheduling. - Weekly deliverables typically include Instagram posts (Reels and photo carousels), TikTok videos, and repurposed Facebook content. - Perform light community management such as tagging partners and replying to top comments on posting days. About You: - Strong portfolio of short-form video and social content; food or hospitality experience is a plus. - Confident shooting in a busy kitchen or bakery environment and able to edit to a high standard. - Own kit (phone or camera) and editing tools; up to date on Reels/TikTok trends and storytelling hooks. - Clear written English and the ability to create punchy captions and CTAs. About Us: - We are an independent, award-winning bakery in Archway, North London, focused on sourdough, pastries, sandwiches, and seasonal specials. - We value quality, sustainability, and a friendly in-person brand vibe that we want captured across social channels. Duration: - Freelance / self-employed contract, ongoing weekly deliverables. - Typical commitment: one on-site shoot per week (2-4 hours) plus remote editing.
