Task: - Support daily sales and operations workflows to keep lead and expert pipelines running smoothly. - Process and organise contact data in spreadsheets, manage shared WhatsApp information streams, and track follow-ups. - Build and improve simple systems, processes, and funnels to increase efficiency. About You: - 1-3 years relevant experience in operations, sales support, or virtual assistant work. - Highly organised, detail focused, and proactive; you spot gaps and fix them without waiting for instructions. - Comfortable communicating warmly and clearly, managing inboxes, and handling occasional calls. - Start-up mentality: flexible, able to switch tasks quickly, and keen to own outcomes.
