Task: – Maintain and optimize our existing web application built with React, TailwindCSS, and Firebase – Ideate, design, and implement new features based on user feedback and business needs – Work closely with the CEO and customers to translate ideas into high-quality, user-friendly solutions – Ensure smooth functionality, performance, and scalability of the platform – Collaborate on product decisions and contribute to the long-term technical roadmap About You: – You have solid experience as a Full-Stack Web Developer, with expertise in React, TailwindCSS, and Firebase – You are passionate about the science of learning and motivated by the idea of building tools that help people master complex subjects (like Mandarin!) – You are a versatile problem-solver who enjoys both front-end and back-end development – You are a strong communicator—our company values clear, proactive, and thoughtful communication – You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working directly with stakeholders and users – You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about building intuitive, high-performance applications About Us: We're Traverse, a science-based learning platform that helps users master complex subjects through mind maps, spaced repetition, and innovative tools.
