Account Director (Medical Comms) at Cadent

SPECIFIC PROBLEM THAT NEEDS SOLVING

Task: As a senior strategic lead for multi-project accounts, you will provide management support and oversight for account project leads. – Your role involves driving organic new business growth within existing accounts and developing solutions to enhance new and existing service offerings. – You will also manage financial reporting and profitability functions for the team. About You: – You have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a CMPP or advanced degree preferred. – A minimum of five years experience in medical communications is essential, with six to ten years preferred. – A self-starter, effectively managing time, multi-tasking, and handling a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment. – You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). – You have strong analytical and strategic-planning skills, and proven success in managing a cross-functional team – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are key.
